We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shopify recommends clearly stating return periods, refund timing, return address, and shipping responsibility.
